Segway Navimow is committed to pushing the boundaries of technology and delivering a continuous improvement/continuous development (CI/CD) philosophy to our product users. This means that our premium hardware is supported with regular software updates so you can be assured your purchase is always running with the latest software, including improvements and changes to the operation of your machine.
Your software updates will occur seemlessly via the 4G network (4G module is standard on H-Series and available in i series with the optional purchase of an Acces + Module. 4G connectivity requires a subscription to 4G service which will be prompted by your app and is supplied at an additional charge after the free access period is completed) or wifi connectivity that is enabled on your machine. Our aim is to ensure that your one-off investment comes with a product lifetime of the latest and greatest capabilities at no additional cost to you.
