Limited Warranty and Arbitration Agreement
1. This warranty is given by:
Roy Gripske & Sons Pty Ltd A.C.N. 009 779 140 t/a Powerup Lawncare Products (“PLP”)

to the original purchaser (“the purchaser”) of Segway Navimow brand finished goods (“the goods”)
2. Warranted to:
Subject to clause 3 and clause 4 (specifying periods, limitations and exclusions) PLP warrants to the original purchaser (“the purchaser”) that the goods shall be free from any defect in material or workmanship failing which a Segway Navimow Dealer authorised by PLP shall repair or replace any defective part free of charge to the purchaser for labour and parts.
3. Warranty periods:
The periods within which, according to use, a defect in the goods to which this warranty relates must appear for the purchaser to claim under this warranty are:
- For Robotic Lawn Mower wholgoods models i105E, i108E, H800A, H1500A, H3000A – 3 years limited warranty
- For Battery Packs and Power Adaptors – 2 years limited warranty
4. Limitations and exclusions:
This warranty does not extend to
- replacement of parts due to fair wear and tear over time or through use including but not limited to blades, wheels, and other parts that may suffer fair wear and tear in the normal operation of the unit
- damage caused by the purchaser such as failure to maintain, operate, or store the goods according to the procedures specified in the owner’s manual and abnormal use of the goods;
- failure or damage caused by modifications or alterations to the goods which change their intended use or adversely affect their performance, safety, operation or durability;
To be entitled to claim on this warranty the purchaser must:
- report the fault or defect to an authorised Segway Navimow dealer and provide proof of purchase within the relevant period specified in clause 3 of this warranty;
- pay for transport of the goods to and from the authorised dealer (if required).
5. Australian Consumer Law (REG. 90):
The benefits to the consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which this warranty relates.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The text above applies notwithstanding anything else expressed or implied to the contrary in this warranty document.
